| To maximize participation in any SAVii™Desk event, participants have the option to join the event via VoIP, telephone or mobile phone. Every SAVii™Desk event invitation includes a toll free number for participants to dial into the event. |
To start a desktop presentation, the host simply schedules the session online and enters the email addresses or text-enabled phone numbers of the participants. Each participant receives their Outlook-friendly email invitation, clicks on the event link and is automatically connected to the session. |

| During the presentation, the host can control what the audience sees by 'framing' the content they choose to display. Once activated, the audience sees whatever appears in the frame area; including spreadsheets, charts, images, files, Websites, etc. The frame can be adjusted to any size on the desktop. |
Every SAVii™Desk presentation can be archived for on-demand viewing at a later date. With fully integrated video, voice and desktop display, every archived file replays exactly how the meeting took place and is made available for instant replay immediately after the session ends. Archives can be replayed in their entirety online or the audio portion can be accessed via telephone. |

Condensed Vertical Toolbar and Menu Navigation
The host and all participants have ready access to a condensed vertical toolbar which can be dragged-and-dropped anywhere on the desktop. The toolbar corresponds to a menu in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. The toolbar/menu gives one click access to all host/participant functionality. Multi-tasking participants are not required to toggle between a collaboration interface and the rest of their open applications during a presentation. The toolbar/menu can be displayed on top of any open application on the desktop.

User List Monitor
All participants have the option of viewing a list of attendees in any SAVii™Desk presentation. This list displays the participants' names, shows who has presentation rights and who is speaking, plus gives the host the ability to mute or unmute participants. Participants who have used the 'hand raising' feature to ask a question to the host are also displayed in this window.

The host has the ability to easily pass presentation rights to participants in the audience. The new presenter can utilize video and desktop display as part of their session. The event host can take back control when ready and ultimately controls presentation rights for all participants.
